An apple a day keeps the doctor away and it also helps in maintaining a healthy skin! It has properties that help maintain a good, healthy and glowing complexion.
Red apples have beauty benefits like high amount of elastic and collagen that reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and firm the sagging skin. Green apples on the other hand are high in vitamin content and can play very important role in maintaining the glow and also cell regeneration. Apple cider vinegar regulates the pH level and makes an excellent toner, astringent or spot remover. It reduces swelling of our hands and feet, treats sun- burned skin and is an excellent shampoo/conditioner.
